The heat sink is mechanically prepared for the below mentioned modules and is provided with mounting holes.
When using several modules with full current on a heat sink, it is sometimes not possible, the modules sufficiently cool. Other modules can also be used with this heatsink, but must be bonded or mechanically processed.
Note: to ensure proper cooling, the heat sink may be will not in closed housings .
