Specially designed LED module for the Ledil Daisy-Mini rod lenses
The MiniDaisy LED module was developed in close cooperation with the Finnish optics manufacturer Ledil and fits perfectly with the new rod lenses FN17035_DAISY-MINI-M, FN17036_DAISY-MINI-W and FN17037_DAISY-MINI-WW. The module has a length of 279.65 mm and is equipped with 14 highly efficient 2-in-1 Tunable White LEDs from world market leader Nichia. The board of the LED-strip has suitable holes to accommodate the rod lenses. In combination with the linear Daisy optics, the LED module from is particularly suitable for workplace and office luminaires.
The first tunable white LEDs with one light emitting surface
The innovation from Nichia is called NF2W757G-MT and is the first LED worldwide to combine a colour temperature range of 2700 - 6500 K under one phosphor layer.The innovative LEDs allow finer colour matching and mixing because all colour temperatures are under one emitting surface. In addition, a higher colour rendering index (CRI 90) is possible. In addition, the 2-in-1 shape opens up more possibilities for optics and more scope and creativity in the design of new luminaire designs.
Daisy-Mini - The slimmest darklight optics in the world
The Daisy-Mini rod lenses, which are only 21 mm narrow, enable the manufacture of compact and glare-free dark light luminaires (UGR < 19). The Ledil company defines "dark light" as one that is so discreet that you cannot see the light source - unless you are standing directly under it. Dark light creates a more natural mood because you cannot see the artificial light source, which creates an inconspicuous illumination.
