We present a world premier, Paper-Flex, a very long reel of flexible paper 13.77" wide, with lines of LEDs at every 1.9", a novel design that enables completely new lighting solutions.

The base unit of Paper-Flex consists of one row with 7 Osram Duris LEDs, 1.96" long and 35 cm (13.77") wide. The installed LEDs have a luminous flux of 55 lm, color temperature of 3000 K and CRI >80. Compared to other LED modules or strips, Paper-Flex offers unparalleled flexibility and installation ease.

Each order of Paper-Flex is shipped as a continuous reel, 13.77" wide and with every row 1.96" long. The maximum length of the reel is an amazing 81.52 feet or 93.53 square feet that will light up at once from a 24VDC transformer. Huge surfaces can be back-lit with this wallpaper like LED module, faster and easier than ever before.  Lighting fixtures with unique designs or shapes can also be created as the Paper-Flex can deliver illuminated ribbons, tubes, waves, domes or hills, just as regular paper. 

In addition, the extremely low weight - one module weighs approx. 2 grams - and the reel form ensures that storage and transport costs are significantly reduced. Moreover, the paper substrate is ultra-flat (approx. 0.03" after assembly) and thus more than suitable for large-area applications where a low mounting height is required. The low power density and breath-ability of the paper ensure that no heathsinks are required and eliminate the danger of moisture accumulation.

The LED paper module is made at our state-of-the-art, in-house Flex production line in Germany which guarantees the highest quality with 5 years warranty and competitive prices.

Delivery information:

We will deliver Paper-Flex according to your order, in a continuous reel with the number of rows (pcs) in your purchase, up to a maximum number of 497 rows, total 81.52 feet. So for example, if you order 100 pieces you will get a reel with 100 rows, 16.4 ft long and 13.77". One piece (row) is 1.96" long and 35 cm (13.77") wide , with 7 LEDs.  The Paper Flex is also available to purchase as one full reel, 81.52 feet long, article code 35548.
